Job Overview
As a Customer Service Representative at blithequark, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional support to our customers reputed company phone and email. You will be responsible for handling inbound service calls, resolving customer inquiries, and accurately capturing data using our loan processing systems. Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound service calls from customers in a call center environment, delivering quality service and resolving customer inquiries in a professional and courteous manner
Monitor customer account details for non-payments, declined payments, delayed payments, and other irregularities, taking reputed company action to resolve issues and ensure customer satisfaction
Prepare documents as needed to fulfill customer requests, maintaining accurate and up-to-date customer account information

Essential Qualifications
