Our promote-from-within approach ensures that our employees have opportunities to develop their skills and advance their careers within the company. **Job Summary** We're seeking an experienced Data Entry & Processing Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, averaging 15-20 hours per week. This is a long-term, remote position with the potential for additional responsibilities in the future. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for entering information into our database in real-time, updating job titles, quote/shipment statuses, and sending emails and/or making calls to our manufacturers during business hours. **Key Responsibilities** * Enter information into our database in real-time, including quote requests, new companies/contacts, incoming purchase-orders, and other relevant data * Update job titles, quote/shipment statuses, and other information in our database to ensure accuracy and completeness * Send emails and/or make calls to our manufacturers during business hours (M-F, 8-5 eastern time) to confirm orders, provide updates, and resolve issues * Provide occasional in-person support at local functions, such as bi-annual trade shows and site visits * Work closely with our team to ensure seamless communication and collaboration * Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our database and systems to ensure efficient and accurate data entry and processing **Essential Qualifications** * 2+ years of experience in data entry and processing, preferably in a sales or manufacturing environment * Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and processing * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with database management systems * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in a timely and effective manner * High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience working in a sales or manufacturing environment, particularly in the New England or Pennsylvania territories * Familiarity with CRM software and other sales-related systems * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Experience working in a remote or virtual environment, with the ability to communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders * Strong customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional support to our manufacturers and customers **Skills and Competencies** * Strong technical skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and database management systems * Excellent communication and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot issues in a timely and effective manner * Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and resolve complex issues * Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to provide exceptional support to our manufacturers and customers **Career Growth Opportunities and Learning Benefits** At arenaflex, we're committed to providing our employees with opportunities for growth and development.
