Your work will have a direct impact on the lives of millions of customers worldwide, making every day a new opportunity to make a difference. * About the Role As a Director, Data Analytics, you'll be responsible for developing and implementing a comprehensive data analytics strategy that drives business growth and informs key decision-making. You'll work closely with cross-functional teams to identify business opportunities, develop data-driven solutions, and measure the effectiveness of our initiatives. Your expertise will be instrumental in shaping the future of retail and e-commerce, and your contributions will have a lasting impact on the industry. * Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain a set of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of our business initiatives Design and implement data pipelines and dashboards to distribute insights and track progress towards our objectives Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business opportunities and develop data-driven solutions Analyze complex data sets to extract insights and inform business decisions Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leadership and other stakeholders Develop and maintain relationships with key partners and vendors to ensure the success of our initiatives Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to inform our data analytics strategy * What You'll Bring Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field (e.g., mathematics, statistics, computer science) 5+ years of experience in data analytics, with a focus on retail and e-commerce Proven expertise in SQL, Python, and large data tools (e.g., Hive) Experience with dashboarding tools (e.g., Looker) and workflow management tools (e.g., Wind current) Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders Experience growing new metrics to track business impact Experience leading a team of analysts Familiarity with AI and machine learning techniques * What We Offer Competitive salary range: $80,000 - $120,000 per year Comprehensive benefits package, including medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) matching program Generous paid time off and holidays Opportunity to work with a dynamic and innovative team Professional development and growth opportunities Flexible work environment, with the option to work remotely * If you're a motivated and results-driven professional with a passion for data analytics, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.
