**Job Summary**
As an Experienced Full Stack IT Support Professional Network Security and Cloud Infrastructure Management, you will play a critical role in ensuring the security and availability of arenaflex's cloud-based applications and infrastructure. You will work closely with our IT Data Security Division to design, implement, and maintain robust security measures that protect our systems and data from cyber threats. Your expertise will be essential in identifying and resolving complex technical issues, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and providing exceptional customer support to our stakeholders.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Design, implement, and maintain robust security measures to protect arenaflex's cloud-based applications and infrastructure from cyber threats
* Collaborate with the IT Data Security Division to ensure the security and availability of our systems and data
* Identify and resolve complex technical issues related to network security, cloud infrastructure management, and customer support
* Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of security measures with other business processes
* Provide exceptional customer support to stakeholders, including end-users, business partners, and vendors
* Stay up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends in network security, cloud infrastructure management, and customer support

**Essential Qualifications**
* Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
* 3+ years of experience in network security, cloud infrastructure management, and customer support
