01Key Responsibilities

- Manage and process export-import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, shipping docs, customs clearance, etc.).
- Ensure compliance with regulations (GST, customs, EXIM policies, etc.).
- Handle accounting and reconciliation of export-import transactions, including payments and receipts.
- Coordinate with logistics providers, banks, clients, and customs brokers.
- Maintain accurate records and ensure timely submission of documents.
- Prepare and submit export-import reports (shipping bills, bills of entry, etc.).
- Assist in resolving documentation issues and disputes.
- Proficiency in export-import procedures and accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP) required.

Compensation: 20,000.00 - 30,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mohan Nagar, Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
Education:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
