01Responsibilities
Oversee all accounting operations within the factory.
Manage cost accounting activities, including standard costing, variance analysis, and cost control.
Maintain and analyze inventory records, ensuring accuracy and proper valuation.
Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Develop and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial plans.
Ensure compliance with accounting principles and company policies.
Collaborate with other departments to improve financial processes.
Conduct internal audits and implement necessary controls.
Assist in the preparation of tax returns and other regulatory filings.
Supervise and train accounting staff.
Should have experience of Patty Cash. .
