ResponsibilitiesAs a Field Medical Officer at Adani's Thermal Power Plant in Korba, your responsibilities will include:
Providing medical care and treatment to employees in case of injury or illnessConducting regular health check-ups and screenings to ensure employee well-beingManaging medical emergencies and coordinating with external healthcare providers when necessaryDeveloping and implementing health and safety programs to prevent workplace injuries and illnessesCollaborating with HR and Safety departments to ensure compliance with health regulationsParticipating in incident investigations and providing medical expertise in risk assessmentsTraining employees on first aid, safety protocols, and health awarenessMaintaining medical records and reports in accordance with company policies and legal requirementsQualificationsEducation Qualification: MBBS + AFIH. Experience: 8-13 years of experience in the Metal, Power and Manufacturing, and Health Care industries. .
