1. Create and build a quality and handling manual for all SKUs based on science.
2. Develop and oversee training programs to educate and improve skills of hub teams.
3. Check and monitor adherence to the quality play book
4. Identify source of quality issues and find solutions.
5. Get nutrition and residue tests from TUV, Eurofins or similar agencies to build better understanding of product and have checks and balances.
6. Communicate with company farms, farming partners and vendors on quality gaps and plan on achieving desired quality. .
