As an AR Caller in the RCM Cycle within the US Health Care industry, you will be responsible for voice calling to US Insurance companies. Your primary role will involve handling denial management, particularly with Dental claims. You should possess a minimum of 1 year of experience in AR Calling and Denial Management. It is essential to have a comprehensive understanding of the Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) process and medical billing terminology. Your proficiency in resolving billing inquiries and claim denials will be crucial in this role.Your troubleshooting skills should be excellent, and you must be adept at using MS Office applications. Effective communication and interpersonal skills in English are necessary for this position. This is a full-time, permanent role based in Ahmedabad with a night shift schedule. Please note that this is not a Finance and Accounts related job.If you are willing to work during the night shift in the US time zone and relocate to Ahmedabad or Gujarat, this opportunity could be a good fit for you.
