- Make outbound calls to prospective customers.
- Handle inbound customer inquiries and resolve issues.
- Maintain detailed records of calls and customer interactions.
- Follow up on leads
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience of atleast 6 months in a telecalling or customer service role preferred.
- Fluent in English
- Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and work under pressure.
- Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
- Atleast 6 months - 1 year of working experience required
Compensation: 15,000.00 - 20,000.00 per month
