Working Hours
46 hours per day Flexible working schedule with a professional work environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective real estate customers
- Handle leads and understand customer requirements
- Explain projects, locations, pricing and offers clearly
- Follow up with interested customers regularly
- Generate and nurture leads towards site visits
- Maintain accurate records of calls and follow-ups
- Coordinate with the sales team for qualified leads
- Build strong customer relationships and improve conversions
Eligibility & Requirements
- Female candidates only
- Real Estate industry experience is mandatory
- Prior experience in real estate telecalling / presales / lead generation preferred
- Excellent communication skills in Hindi & English
- Strong convincing and negotiation skills
- Good understanding of customer handling and follow-ups
- Target-oriented and motivated to achieve results
- Must have a smartphone, reliable internet connection and a suitable work-from-home setup
- Candidates who can independently manage leads and follow-ups will be preferred
