Job Title: FICO (Contract to Hire)
Company: RHI Magnesita (via Protiviti Initial Contract)
Location: Delhi NCR, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad

Employment Type: Contract - Initial 6 months with Protiviti (payroll)
Post 6 months, transition to RHI Magnesita permanent role based on performance
Skills: SAP Finance, SAP Costing (SAP Funds Management, TRM and Group Reporting will be an added advantage)
Job Description:
1. Lead and Manage SAP FICO module E2E implementation projects from planning to Go-Live and Support.
2. Worked as a consultant in at least 2-3 E2E Implementation projects.
3. Conduct requirement gathering sessions with clients to understand their business processes and needs.
4. Configure SAP FICO modules (GL, AR, AP, AA, and CO) based on business requirements.
5. Ensure seamless integration with other SAP modules such as MM, SD, and PP.
6. Minimum 7+ years of relevant experience in SAP FICO .
7. Advanced proficiency in COPA for handling profitability analysis and reporting.
8. Prepare project documentation, including business process flows, configuration guides, and user manuals.
9. Strong knowledge of SAP FI (General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Asset Accounting) and CO (Cost Center Accounting, Profit Center Accounting, Internal Orders, Product Costing, Profitability Analysis) modules.
10. Efficient in MS Office suite and Google suite - Word, Visio, Presentations, Excel etc.
11. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with clients and stakeholders.
