As an activity facilitator intern at Marpu Foundation, you will have the opportunity to utilize your skills in effective communication, presentation skills, management, event management, coordination, leadership, and team management to create engaging and impactful experiences for our participants. This role is perfect for someone who is passionate about making a difference in the community and enjoys working in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Selected Intern's Day-to-day Responsibilities Include
Plan and execute engaging activities and events that align with the foundation's mission and values.
Communicate effectively with participants, volunteers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth coordination and implementation of activities.
Demonstrate strong leadership skills in guiding and motivating team members throughout the planning and execution process.
Manage resources and logistics efficiently to ensure the success of each activity or event.
Utilize your presentation skills to deliver engaging and informative presentations to diverse audiences.
Evaluate the effectiveness of activities and events through feedback collection and analysis for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with other team members to brainstorm new ideas and initiatives to enhance the overall impact of the foundation's programs.
