Field Application Engineer

1. Administrative To handle the site as Resident Engineer.To do AMC visits and Remote Support as per PO and Proposal Terms.To Execute the timely Visits and support to customer.To get the signed MOM and share for Invoicing in timely manner.To follow up with Customer for payment collection.Support to other FAE while they stuck up technically at any place.2. Technical To receive the customer complaint, get it registered in system.To visit the Sites and complete the AMC.To provide Remote support as per customers request.To provide technical support to other Team Members as and when required.Dimensions No. of Direct reports: 0No. of Indirect reports: 0 ( functional points )Interfaces:-Customer-TM X-ForceSMOo Head of Services-Location: Hazira, Surat, India. Challenges Learning new technologies in the dynamic environment.Handling multiple complaints simultaneously.Coordinating with various teams internally in the organization and escalate the complaints to the respective team after proper diagnose.Knowledge, Skills and Experience Degree or Diploma in Engineering or TechnologyMinimum 5 years of experience in the industry.Having good knowledge of SQL, .Net.Having good knowledge of our inhouse products like AIMS, EMS, DON,DOW etc.Having good knowledge of Server Client Architecture.Having basic knowledge of Network, Anti-Virus, MS Patch Management etc.Time Management / Prioritization Skills.Good Communication skill - Verbal & Written.Ability to work in Team & Lead the Team.Willingness to work in Extended Hours.Compensation: 20,000.00 - 40,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
