Job Summary
We are hiring Field Collections Executives with prior experience in collections and recovery. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation and customer-handling skills. Graduation and a valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate are mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers to collect overdue payments across various financial products.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
- Negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive customer relationships.
- Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
- Maintain accurate collection records and update the system regularly.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collections.
- Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer queries.
- Submit daily field visit and collection reports.
Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
- DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate: Mandatory.
- Experience: Candidates with experience in Collections, Recovery, Field Collections, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
- Candidates with prior experience in loan collections, credit card collections, or field recovery will be preferred.
