01Key Responsibilities
Visit customers directly for EMI collection and loan recovery.
Update payment collection details daily using the company SIM card.
Maintain positive customer relationships and remind clients of upcoming due dates.
Report daily collection status to the management team.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: 10th pass, 12th pass, or Any Degree.
Driving License: Must hold a valid Driving License (Company will provide the bike).
Experience: Freshers welcome! Prior experience in loan recovery, field sales, or collection is an added advantage.
Languages: Tamil (Fluent).
Skills: Good communication skills and strong knowledge of Kumbakonam local routes.
