Job Title: Field Collection Executive Department: Collections Location: Multiple Locations Employment Type: Full-Time Industry: NBFC / FinTech / Financial Services Job SummaryWe are looking for a motivated and responsible Field Collection Executive to manage customer visits for EMI and overdue payment collections. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a customer-focused approach, and the ability to work independently while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines. Key ResponsibilitiesVisit customers at assigned locations to collect overdue EMI payments. Follow the daily allocation provided by the Collection Manager. Educate customers on repayment schedules and available payment options. Negotiate repayment plans within company-approved guidelines. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and collection activities. Update collection status using the company's mobile application or CRM. Achieve monthly collection targets while maintaining high service standards. Escalate difficult or sensitive cases to the reporting manager. Ensure all collection activities comply with legal and company regulations. Build and maintain positive customer relationships. Eligibility CriteriaMinimum Qualification: 12th Pass / Graduate (Preferred). 03 years of experience in Field Collection, Sales, Recovery, or BFSI. Freshers with good communication skills may also apply. Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence. Smartphone is mandatory for reporting and application usage. Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory. Required SkillsStrong communication and negotiation skills. Customer handling and conflict resolution abilities. Basic knowledge of smartphones and mobile applications. Self-motivated with the ability to work under pressure. Time management and route planning skills. Honest, disciplined, and target-oriented.
