We are seeking a dedicated and result-oriented Field Collection Executive to join our growing team. As the face of our recovery operations, you will balance professional negotiation with high-performance target achievement.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of experience in collections, telecalling, or debt recovery. You will be responsible for managing outbound communication with customers to ensure the timely recovery of outstanding payments.

We offer a market-competitive salary range of INR 317,000 - 323,000 per month, along with performance-based recovery bonuses and opportunities for growth within an AI-driven FinTech environment.
