- Visit customers at assigned locations to collect outstanding payments; ensure timely and accurate cash / digital collections
- Follow up on overdue accounts & pending payments
- Maintain daily collection reports and submit them to the supervisor
Required Candidate profile
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a field collection role.
- Experience in NBFC / BFSI collections preferred.
- Positive communication and client handling skills. .
