Visit clients to collect outstanding payments - Maintain accurate records of collections and cash handling - Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations - Provide daily reports to the management team - Negotiate payment arrangements and timelines with clients - Identify and flag problematic accounts needing further action - Provide exceptional customer service during collection visits Mandatory:
