01Key Responsibilities
- Manage customer relationships and resolve queries
- Handle collection processes, ensuring timely payments
- Perform account reconciliation and maintain accurate records
- Conduct field activities to resolve customer issues
- Meet or exceed collection targets
- Collaborate with internal teams to achieve goals
02Requirements
- Minimum 1 year experience in collection or related field
- Familiarity with Excel and accounting principles
- Minimum 12th pass or above
- Fluency in English, Hindi, and Kannada
- Two-wheeler with license mandatory
Working Conditions:
- Timings: 10 am - 7 pm, Monday to Saturday (6 days)
- Immediate joiners preferred
Salary and Benefits:
- Monthly CTC: 20,000 to 22,000 in hand + PF & ESI
