Key Responsibilities
Manage assigned debt collections as per company policies.Track and collect overdue payments within the assigned Rangareddy territory.Conduct regular branch visits to monitor daily collections.Maintain daily collection dashboards and report to senior management.Address and resolve client issues by coordinating with relevant departments.Effectively handle customer/merchant complaints.
Qualifications
Experience: 0-3 years in collections, preferably with consumer, small business, or gold loans.Education: Minimum of Graduation in any field (Postgraduates are welcome).Local Knowledge: Native or local to Rangareddy, Telangana.Computer Skills: Proficient in MS Office and email communication.
Skills and Competencies
Strong communication skills in Hindi, and English.Knowledge of the collection process and the Rangareddy, Telangana road network.Strong command of authority combined with humility and sincerity.High enthusiasm, diligence, and commitment for long-term work.Excellent convincing and negotiation skills.Professional approach to customer interactions.Awareness of Collection Code of Conduct and local geography.Possession of a personal vehicle.
