Field Collections Executive
Location: Chennai (Multiple Locations) Below Attached
Work Timing - 9 Hour
Interview Mode- Virtual
Salary - Up to 3.5LPA (Depends on Interview And Work Experience)
Working Days: 6 Days Working ( As per Bank Policy )
Job Summary
We are hiring Field Collections Executives with prior experience in collections and recovery. The ideal candidate should have strong negotiation and customer-handling skills. Graduation and a valid DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate are mandatory for this role.
Key Responsibilities
Visit customers to collect overdue payments across various financial products.
Follow up with customers regarding pending EMIs and outstanding dues.
Negotiate payment plans while maintaining positive customer relationships.
Achieve monthly collection and recovery targets.
Maintain accurate collection records and update the system regularly.
Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines during collections.
Coordinate with internal teams for timely resolution of customer queries.
Submit daily field visit and collection reports.
Eligibility Criteria
Qualification: Graduation is mandatory.
DRA (Debt Recovery Agent) Certificate: Mandatory.
Experience: Candidates with experience in Collections, Recovery, Field Collections, Banking, NBFC, or Financial Services.
Candidates with prior experience in loan collections, credit card collections, or field recovery will be preferred.
Salary
Up to 3.5LPA (Based on experience and interview performance)
