Job Summary
We are seeking a responsible and dedicated Field Executive Collection to manage field-based collection activities. The candidate will be responsible for visiting customers, collecting outstanding payments, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring timely follow-up while providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities
- Visit customers as per the assigned collection schedule.
- Collect overdue payments through cash, cheque, UPI, or other approved payment methods.
- Issue payment receipts and maintain accurate collection records.
- Follow up with customers regarding pending dues and payment commitments.
- Submit collected payments and daily reports to the office on time.
- Resolve basic customer queries related to payments and accounts.
- Maintain professionalism and comply with company policies during field visits.
- Achieve assigned collection targets while maintaining valuable customer relationships.
Eligibility
- Bachelor's degree or Diploma in any discipline.
- 02 years of experience in field collection, banking, NBFC, or finance is preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills may also apply.
- Must possess a valid driving license and own a two-wheeler (preferred).
- Willingness to travel within the assigned territory.
