Visit assigned customers/clients for payment collection.
Follow up on overdue accounts and ensure timely recovery.
Maintain proper documentation and collection records.
Build and maintain positive relationships with customers.
Adhere strictly to RBI and bank compliance guidelines during collections.
Report daily activities and collection status to the supervisor.
Handle customer queries professionally and escalate issues when required.

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 10th / 12th / Any Degree
Prior experience in field collection/recovery is preferred (Freshers can also apply)
Valuable communication and negotiation skills
Two-wheeler with valid driving license is mandatory
