01Key Responsibilities
- Conduct site visits to land and building properties to gather market intelligence
- Visit branches to collect valuation requests and reports
- Liaise with local stakeholders to obtain prevailing market rates
- Support the backend valuation team by providing accurate field data
- Assist in basic marketing activities related to valuation services
02Requirements
- Prior experience in property valuation fieldwork, specifically land and building
- Solid knowledge of local real estate markets
- Willingness to travel extensively for branch and site visits
- Good communication and coordination skills
This is a field-focused role ideal for individuals with hands-on experience in market rate collection and property inspections.
