About the RolePhoenix Assurance Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Field Executive to support PMJAY (Ayushman Bharat) operations in Silvassa, Dadra & Nagar Haveli, covering the entire district. This role involves on-ground field investigations related to health insurance claims.
Work Schedule and CompensationWorking hours: 10:00 AM to 6:30 PM, Monday to SaturdaySundays are fixed days offMonthly salary amounting to 15,000Travel allowance provided at 2.50 per kilometerEmployees receive 1.5 paid leaves per monthKey Duties and ResponsibilitiesCarry out PMJAY/Ayushman Bharat field investigations within the designated districtMake visits to hospitals, beneficiaries, and related sites to verify claimsConfirm details concerning patients, treatments, hospitalizations, and medical informationCollect necessary documentation and proof to support claimsGenerate detailed investigation reports adhering to organizational standard operating proceduresEnsure timely completion of assigned cases within the stipulated turnaround timeCollaborate effectively with the PMJAY team and hospital staff as requiredSafeguard confidentiality of patient and claim-related data at all timesEligibility CriteriaGraduation or an equivalent qualification is preferredPrior experience in PMJAY, health insurance, claim investigations, or field verification is an advantageMust possess good communication and interpersonal skillsWillingness to travel extensively across the assigned districtPossession of a two-wheeler and a valid driving license is desirableImmediate joining candidates will be given preferenceAdditional InformationInterested candidates may contact Phoenix Assurance Pvt. ResponsibilitiesConduct PMJAY/Ayushman Bharat field investigations across Silvassa districtVisit hospitals, beneficiaries, and other relevant points to verify claimsAuthenticate patient, treatment, hospitalization, and medical detailsGather and validate all necessary documents and supporting materialsPrepare comprehensive investigation reports as per company guidelinesComplete case investigations within the allocated turnaround timeCoordinate with PMJAY teams and hospital personnel when neededMaintain strict confidentiality of all patient and claim information
RequirementsGraduate or relevant qualification preferredExperience in PMJAY, health insurance, claim investigation, or field verification preferredStrong communication and interpersonal abilitiesReadiness to travel throughout the designated districtOwnership of a two-wheeler and valid driving license preferredImmediate availability is advantageous
