Overview
As a Field Marketing Manager specializing in Events Management for international B2B SaaS companies, your role will involve owning the brand calendar, field marketing strategy, and event budget. You will be responsible for researching and selecting field marketing opportunities across key markets in the US, negotiating sponsorships, booth packages, and speaking slots, and developing creative engagement strategies to make Zenskar stand out.
Key Responsibilities include:
- Taking end-to-end ownership of global events, from planning to post-event reporting for small to large-scale events
- Independently organizing international events, including vendor coordination, logistics, branding, and on-ground execution
- Managing event budgets, forecasting, cost control, vendor negotiations, and ROI tracking
- Representing the brand at global events with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Collaborating with SDRs to drive attendance and demo conversions pre/post-event
- Tracking and reporting event ROI, including pipeline generated, ICP meetings booked, and brand visibility metrics
In addition to event strategy and execution, you will also be responsible for building partnerships, community engagement, and thought leadership within finance communities. This involves identifying co-marketing opportunities, managing analyst relationships, and evaluating opportunities for podcast hosting and guest appearances.
Furthermore, you will collaborate with the Product Marketing Manager to create event-specific content, own the social media strategy for events and thought leadership, and help build the founders' personal brands across various platforms.
Joining Zenskar as a Field Marketing Manager will require you to have 4+ years of experience in field marketing or event marketing roles within B2B SaaS companies, preferably in Fintech, RevOps, or Finance software. You should be comfortable working in small marketing teams with high ownership and minimal support, possess strong organizational and negotiation skills, and be willing to travel to the US for events when required.
