Key Responsibilities
- Promote EyeMantra Hospital's eye care services, treatments, and products to healthcare professionals and potential patients.
- Conduct product presentations and training sessions for healthcare providers.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with ophthalmologists, optometrists, clinics, and hospitals in the designated area.
- Engage in regular field visits to ensure continuous engagement and support.
- Monitor competitors' activities and market trends to identify new business opportunities.
- Gather feedback from healthcare professionals to enhance marketing strategies.
- Maintain records of sales, customer interactions, and field visits.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
- Submit reports on sales performance and territory updates.
Qualifications Required
- Education: Bachelors degree in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Experience: 1-3 years of experience in medical sales or field marketing, preferably in ophthalmology or eye care services.
- Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, self-motivated and target-driven, ability to travel extensively within the assigned territory, proficiency in MS Office Suite.
