The Role:
As a Field Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and attracting top talent for our organization. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.Conducting interviews and assessments to evaluate candidates.Building and maintaining a network of potential candidates.Collaborating with hiring managers to define job requirements.Managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding.Utilizing various recruitment tools and platforms to reach candidates.Team Structure: You will be part of a dynamic HR team, working alongside other recruiters and HR professionals.
Ideal Profile:
The ideal candidate will possess a blend of technical and interpersonal skills.Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems.Strong communication skills.Ability to build relationships.Organizational skills.Education: A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
