01Overview
- Direct Sourcing: Connect with local candidates in person, via local advertising, or through community engagement.
- Events & Drives: Organize and manage local walk-in interviews, community hiring campaigns, and job fairs.
- Screening & Onboarding: Conduct preliminary interviews, evaluate basic job-fit, and assist with immediate onboarding paperwork.
- Attrition Management: Gather on-the-ground feedback from active field workers to help reduce local turnover rates
Compensation: From 25,000.00 per month
