In this role, you will be responsible for generating loan business, building strong customer relationships, and guiding customers through the loan application process. Key Responsibilities
- Identify and acquire new customers through field visits and lead generation activities.
- Understand customer financial requirements and recommend suitable loan products.
- Promote and sell Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, and other financial products.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers.
- Assist customers with documentation and loan application procedures.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan processing and disbursement.
- Conduct market visits to generate current business opportunities.
- Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.
- Collect KYC, income, employment, and property documents from customers, Verify document accuracy before submission to banks/NBFCs
- Ensure compliance with banking requirements
Eligibility Criteria
- Language : Fluent in English and Kannada (mandatory); Hindi preferred
- Experience : Minimum 6 months of field sales experience, preferably from builder channel partners, insurance, banking, or similar sales profiles
- Personality Traits: Hardworking, proactive, willing to travel extensively, good communication skills, must own a 2-wheeler
What We Offer:
Salary : 20,000-30,000 fixed + 20,000-25,000 variable per month
