Seller Business Development Associate (Seller BDA) | Field Sales Location: Hyderabad Experience: Minimum 1 Year in Field Sales Salary: 21,000 32,000 per month (Based on experience and previous take-home salary) Additional Benefits: Attractive Incentives + Petrol Allowance (5.15 per km) About the Role We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Seller Business Development Associate (Seller BDA) to join our team. In this role, the company will provide qualified leads, and your responsibility will be to meet property owners and customers, showcase properties, and facilitate successful property transactions. Roles & Responsibilities - Meet customers and property owners at their locations based on company-provided leads. - Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable properties for rent, lease, or sale. - Explain property features, pricing, and other relevant details to customers. - Conduct property visits and assist customers throughout the buying, renting, or leasing process. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and property owners. - Coordinate between property owners and customers to ensure smooth deal closures. - Follow up with customers to maximize conversions and achieve sales targets. - Update customer interactions, visit reports, and sales progress in the CRM. - Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction by providing timely support and guidance. Eligibility Criteria - Minimum 1 year of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, B2C Sales, Business Development, or Relationship Management. - Robust communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to travel locally for customer meetings and property visits. - Target-driven with a customer-centric approach. - Basic knowledge of CRM tools is an added advantage. Preferred Candidates - Experience in Real Estate, Banking, Insurance, Telecom, FMCG, Automobile, EdTech, or other field sales domains. - Candidates with a valid two-wheeler driving licence and their own two-wheeler will be preferred.
