Field Sales Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Visit assigned areas to meet potential and existing customers.
• Generate new leads and convert them into sales.
• Explain products/services and address customer queries.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Conduct market surveys and competitor analysis.
• Follow up with customers regarding inquiries and payments.
• Submit daily sales reports and field activity updates.

Eligibility

Freshers:

• 12th Pass / Graduate in any discipline.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel locally for sales activities.

Experienced Candidates:

• 1-3 years of experience in Field Sales, Direct Sales, Marketing, or Business Development.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
• Strong negotiation and customer-handling skills.
