We are dealers of Mahindra Tractors in Khurda and Puri district. Sales Candidate must be target oriented. He must be valuable in network building and maintaining relationship with customers. Must generate Enquiry from potential customers like existing tractor owners, farmers, contractors, building material suppliers and other potential users of tractors and close the sale. Must take initiative to achieve target. Incentive scheme available for achieving targets. He may be assigned a particular block for his target. Incentives exist as per company norms.
