The role involves meeting potential customers, explaining relevant products and services, assisting interested customers through the official application process, and generating genuine conversions. This is a field-sales opportunity suitable for both freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience. Key Responsibilities Identify and approach potential customers through offline/field activities. Explain products, services, eligibility and application procedures clearly and professionally. Assist interested customers through the official application process without misrepresenting the product or company. Conduct follow-ups with interested customers. Maintain accurate daily activity and customer records. Submit required activity/proof reports through the company's reporting system. Achieve assigned daily and monthly performance targets. Build positive relationships with customers and generate referrals. Coordinate with the internal team regarding application status and follow-ups. Follow all company policies, campaign guidelines and customer-data/privacy requirements. Requirements Minimum qualification: Class 12th pass. Freshers are welcome to apply. 02 years of sales, business development, telecalling or field-sales experience is preferred. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Comfortable speaking with new people and working in the field. Basic smartphone and internet knowledge. Self-motivated and target-oriented. Ability to maintain professional behaviour with customers.
