It connects construction professionals, suppliers, and service providers, offering a comprehensive platform for procurement, networking, and industry insights. With a wide range of products category and a trusted network of partners, Conkart streamlines operations, reduces costs, and fosters growth within the construction sector. Role Overview Conkart is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented Field Sales Executive to drive business growth across assigned territories. The role involves managing a field sales team, developing dealer/contractor networks, and expanding Conkarts presence in the construction ecosystem. Key Responsibilities - Identify and acquire new contractors, builders, architects, interior designers, dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and suppliers. - Generate current business through daily field visits, networking, and lead generation. - Present and demonstrate the Conkart platform, explaining its business benefits to prospective customers. - Onboard buyers, dealers, distributors, manufacturers, and suppliers onto the Conkart platform. - Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to generate repeat business and referrals. - Manage the complete sales cycle, from prospecting and client meetings to negotiations and order closure. - Achieve monthly sales and onboarding targets. - Maintain accurate daily visit reports, customer interactions, and sales updates in the CRM. - Collect market intelligence and competitor insights to support business growth. Preferred Candidate Profile - 2- 4 years of experience in Field Sales, B2B Sales, Business Development, Direct Sales, or Client Acquisition. - Experience in Construction Materials, Building Materials, Cement, Steel, Paints, Tiles, Sanitaryware, Pipes, Hardware, Electrical Products, Building Solutions, or B2B Marketplace will be preferred. - Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets. - Comfortable with extensive field travel within the assigned territory. - Must own a two-wheeler with a valid driving licence. - Good knowledge of the local market will be an added advantage.
