Job Description: FOS Liabilities
Position Title: Field Officer Sales (FOS) Liabilities
Department: Retail Banking / Liabilities Sales
Location: Mumbai / Pune / Ahmedabad
Gender: Male
Role Purpose:
To drive liabilities business growth by acquiring new customers, increasing sales of core banking products, and strengthening customer relationships through field sales and marketing activities.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Boosting Sales:
Spearhead efforts to increase the banks liabilities portfolio by promoting key products such as Savings Accounts, Current Accounts, and Term Deposits.
2. New Customer Acquisition:
Proactively identify and engage prospective customers for banking products including Life Insurance, General Insurance, Credit Cards, and other cross-sell opportunities.
3. Client Relationship Management:
Strengthen relationships with existing customers by encouraging usage of additional banking services, especially for dormant or inactive accounts.
4. Field Marketing Activities:
Conduct on-ground marketing campaigns, local area visits, and promotional activities to generate leads and acquire new customers.
5. CRM & System Updates:
Ensure timely and accurate recording of all customer interactions, leads, follow-ups, and sales closures in the CRM/system.
6. Compliance & Process Adherence:
Strictly follow the banks sales policies, code of conduct, and regulatory guidelines to maintain ethical and compliant business practices.
