Role Overview:
Are you a motivated sales professional with a passion for building lasting relationships As a Field Sales Officer, you will onboard local doctors onto our state-of-the-art software application, demonstrating its benefits and ensuring a seamless experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Doctor Engagement: Identify and onboard local doctors, showcasing the advantages of our software application.
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging demonstrations to highlight features that enhance practice management.
- Relationship Building: Foster strong, long-term relationships with healthcare professionals to ensure loyalty and satisfaction.
- Market Insights: Gather valuable feedback from doctors to improve our offerings.
- Sales Targets: Achieve and exceed onboarding goals through strategic sales efforts.
- Team Collaboration: Collaborate with internal teams for effective onboarding and support.
What Were Looking For:
- Experience: Proven experience in field sales, preferably in healthcare or technology.
- Communication Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills to effectively engage with medical professionals.
