01Key Responsibilities
Service, and maintain inverter & battery systems at customer sites.
Diagnose technical issues and perform repairs, replacements, and testing.Conduct preventive maintenance visits and ensure optimal system performance.
Handle customer complaints and provide effective technical support.
Prepare service reports, documentation, and maintain records of site visits.
Coordinate with operations and support teams for spare parts and escalations.
Ensure safety compliance and follow company service standards.
Preference: Fresher with Diploma/ITI in Electrical Electronics or Same experience candidates .
