Additional Info : The Service Technician Will Be Responsible For Installing, Servicing, Troubleshooting, And Maintaining Innoqor Water Purifiers, Commercial Water Coolers, Industrial Ro Plants, And Other Products While Ensuring High Customer Satisfaction. The Role Includes Generating Service Sales Through Amc Renewals, Spare Parts, Filters, Consumables, Recharge Plans, And Product Upgrades During Service Visits. The Candidate Will Maintain Service Records, Update The Crm And Technician App, Generate New Sales Leads, Educate Customers On Product Usage, Collect Customer Reviews And Ratings, Promote Innoqors Social Media Channels, Follow Safety Standards, And Achieve Assigned Monthly Service And Sales Revenue Targets Through Excellent Customer Service And Relationship Management.
