Responsibilities
Complete and turn in field reports that capture all time and work completed on site Identify and replace defective parts in affected deviceProvide diagnostic analysis, repair, or preventative maintenance to customers Stick to process and adhere compliance
Qualifications
ITI/Diploma in IT/Computer/ElectronicsGood written and verbal communication skills Knowledge of laptop hardware and software Ability to travel ( having two-wheeler) .
