Field Technician ( Broadband , Telecom , ISP , Networking

Install and configure fiber broadband connections and customer premises equipment (CPE).Troubleshoot internet connectivity and network-related issues.Perform preventive maintenance and fault resolution.Coordinate with sales and operations teams for service activations.Monitor network performance and ensure minimal downtime.Maintain installation and service records.Provide customer support during installation and complaint resolution.Ensure safety and quality standards during field work.Required Skills & Qualifications: Diploma / ITI / Bachelors degree in Electronics, Networking, or related field.14 years of experience in ISP, telecom, or networking field.Basic knowledge of routers, switches, GPON, and fiber connectivity.Ability to troubleshoot networking issues.Good communication and customer handling skills.Willingness to work in field operations.KPIs: Installation turnaround timeFault resolution timeNetwork uptime supportCustomer satisfactionPay: 250,000.00 - 300,000.00 per year Benefits: Health insuranceProvident FundWork Location: In person .
