Medisight Consultancy Services Private Limited is seeking a dedicated Field Verification Officer specializing in Health Claims Investigation to join our team in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India. This full-time role offers a unique opportunity to work in the health insurance sector, ensuring the authenticity and accuracy of health claims while protecting company resources from fraud. Key Responsibilities Conduct thorough field investigations to verify health claims and authenticate submitted documents. Engage directly with healthcare providers, claimants, and other relevant parties to gather detailed information and conduct interviews. Prepare detailed and accurate reports documenting investigation findings to support claims assessment. Maintain strict confidentiality and comply with all regulatory requirements during investigations. Use strong observation and analytical skills to detect discrepancies and potential fraud indicators. Collaborate with internal teams including claims processing, legal, and compliance departments for comprehensive case reviews. Effectively manage multiple investigations simultaneously while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality standards. Required and Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field. Excellent observation and communication skills, both verbal and written. Proven ability to perform detailed verification and documentation processes. Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking skills. Prior experience in claims processing, insurance investigation, or related fields is preferred. Familiarity with regulatory standards and guidelines related to health claims is advantageous. Location: Raipur, Chhattisgarh, India Employment Type: Full-time Compensation: 4000 per week .
