Finance and Account Manager

Role Overview We are hiring a Finance and Account Manager GST, Taxation & Compliance to manage and strengthen the companys accounting, taxation, statutory compliance, and financial control functions. This is a hands-on, high-ownership role involving end-to-end accounting, GST and Income Tax compliance, ERP-based financial management, banking coordination, and supporting internal finance processes within a growing manufacturing organization. Key Responsibilities Taxation & GST Compliance End-to-end GST compliance GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, annual returns, reconciliations, and auditsIncome Tax filings, assessments, and handling of tax noticesTDS, TCS, and all statutory compliance within deadlinesLiaison with consultants, auditors, and tax authoritiesAccounting & Financial Management Maintain accurate books of accounts dailyManage AP/AR, bank reconciliations, and ledger scrutinyPrepare MIS reports, P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow statementsSupport account finalization and audit processesBanking & Financial Relationships Manage relationships with banks, NBFCs, and financial institutionsCoordinate with channel and consumer finance partnersHandle banking operations, credit limits, and documentationControl Accounting & Monitoring Monitor and control company expenses and cost structuresTrack receivables, flag bad debt exposure, and follow up on outstanding paymentsMaintain strong internal financial controlsERP & Systems Management Hands-on work in Odoo, SAP, or Tally ERP entries, reconciliations, and reportingEnsure data accuracy and generate MIS summaries from ERPCoordinate with IT/ERP teams as neededTeam Coordination Coordinate with the internal accounts staff for a smooth workflowSupport leadership in improving finance and compliance processesWork collaboratively with the internal team, demonstrating ownership and professionalism in day-to-day operationsRequirements Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounts, GST, Taxation, and ComplianceStrong knowledge of GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory complianceExperience in manufacturing, industrial, or trading companies preferredHands-on experience with ERP systems such as Odoo or SAPGood knowledge of MS Excel and financial reportingAbility to independently manage accounting functionsTeam handling or coordination experience preferredB.Com / M.Com / MBA Finance or equivalent preferredLanguage Requirements Fluent English is mandatoryHindi or Telugu preferredPreferred Qualities Strong ownership mindsetProfessional and strong communication skillsAttention to detail and accuracyPay: From 75,000.00 per month Work Location: In person .
