Finance Associate

As the organization enters its next phase of rapid growth, we are building a strong finance team to support scalable and compliant capital management.

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytically strong Finance Associate to join our Finance & Treasury function. The role will support treasury operations, funding processes, lender MIS, and financial analysis.

Support loan drawdowns, repayments, and daily cash-flow monitoring Track lender-wise borrowings, repayment schedules, and interest costs Assist in funding documentation, lender coordination, and audit processes Prepare lender MIS, rating agency submissions, and internal management reports Perform data preparation, reconciliation, and validation across statements and ledgers Handle large-volume ledger and transaction-level datasets Build Excel-based models for ALM, liquidity, and cost of funds Analyze interest expense and funding cost trends Required Skills: Strong Excel skills (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, INDEX-MATCH, SUMIFS, Pivot Tables, IFs functions) Working knowledge of SQL Ability to handle heavy data and ledger-level reports Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset Interest in NBFCs, lending, and capital markets Why Join Ascend Bizcap: Hands-on exposure to NBFC treasury and funding Work closely with senior finance leadership High-growth, performance-oriented environment Strong Learning Environment with Real Industry Exposure Work Location: In person .
