Finance Executive / Financial Analyst (Accounts Payable)

Experience: 13 Years CTC: 4.0 5.0 LPA Employment Type: Full-time Joining Preference: Immediate Joiners Preferred Interview Mode: In-Person Job Summary We are looking for a Finance Executive / Financial Analyst with 13 years of experience in Accounts Payable and end-to-end accounting. The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in AP operations, taxation, financial accounting, reconciliations, and statutory compliance. Key Responsibilities Purchase Bills Accounting. (Mandatory) Process Accounts Payable (AP), including vendor invoice verification and payment processing. (Mandatory) Process Sales Invoices. (Mandatory) Handle End-to-End Accounting, including Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and General Ledger (GL). (Mandatory) Manage Purchase Order (PO) processing and ensure accurate invoice matching. (Mandatory) Process Cash Applications. (Mandatory) Perform Bank Reconciliation and banking-related activities. (Mandatory) Process Accruals and Prepayments. (Mandatory) Manage Fixed Asset Accounting. (Mandatory) Prepare and post Journal Vouchers (JV). (Mandatory) Prepare and monitor Aging Reports for vendors and customers. (Mandatory) Ensure compliance with taxation and statutory regulations. (Mandatory) Support Inventory Accounting. (Preferred) Mandatory Skills & Experience Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP). Strong knowledge of TDS, GST, Reverse Charge Mechanism (RCM), and GSTR return reconciliation/compliance. Experience in PO (Purchase Order) Process. Experience in BRS (Bank Reconciliation Statement) preparation. Experience in preparing and analyzing Aging Reports. Good understanding of End-to-End Accounting (AP, AR, GL). Hands-on experience in Tally ERP and MS Office (especially Excel). Strong understanding of accounting principles and statutory compliance. Good analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Preferred Skills Experience in Inventory Accounting. Exposure to ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, or similar accounting software. Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in Commerce (B.Com), Finance, Accounting, or a related field. 13 years of relevant experience in Finance and Accounts. .
