Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Finance Executive to support our Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) functions. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 2 years of experience who are looking to build a career in finance and accounting.
Key Responsibilities
Process vendor invoices, customer invoices, payments, and receipts accurately and on time.Manage Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, including invoice verification, payment processing, and collection follow-ups.Perform bank reconciliations and maintain accurate financial records.Assist with month-end closing activities, account reconciliations, and financial reporting.Coordinate with internal teams, customers, and vendors to resolve invoice and payment-related queries.
Required Skills
Basic understanding of Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), and accounting principles.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and MS Office.Good analytical, communication, and organizational skills.Knowledge of ERP systems such as SAP, Tally, Oracle, or similar is an added advantage.Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Commerce (B.Com), Accounting, Finance, BBA, MBA (Finance), or a related field.02 years of experience in Finance, Accounting, AP, or AR.Freshers with good accounting knowledge are encouraged to apply.
