Job Title: Account/ Finance Executive
Location: Gurugram
Department: Finance & Accounts
Role Overview
We are looking for a detail-oriented Account Executive to handle end-to-end accounting, taxation, and compliance activities. Candidates with CA firm experience and immediate availability will be preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage GST compliance including GSTR-1, GSTR-3B, and 2A/2B reconciliation
- Handle TDS filings, advance tax payments, and Income Tax Returns (ITR)
- Manage and respond to ITR notices and tax-related communications
- Maintain books of accounts in Tally ERP / Busy
- Prepare and analyze financial statements (P&L;, Balance Sheet)
- Perform accounting entries, reconciliations, and month-end closures
- Assist in statutory, tax, and other audits
- Support ROC & MCA filings
Key Skills Required
- Strong working knowledge of Tally ERP / Busy & Computax
- Proficiency in Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, etc.)
- Positive understanding of accounting principles and financial statements
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Candidate Profile
- Qualification: MBA / B.Com (CA Dropout preferred)
- Experience: 2-5 years (CA firm experience mandatory)
- NBFC exposure preferred
- Immediate joiners preferred .
