Finance Manager Financial Planning & Analysis

Were seeking an experienced Finance Manager - FP&A to join our high-growth SaaS team in Jaipur. This is a strategic finance role involving ownership of budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities, along with key support for business decisions, board-level reporting, and performance tracking.

Lead the end-to-end budgeting and forecasting processesPrepare board decks, financial presentations, and KPI dashboardsAnalyze and track core SaaS financial metrics (ARR, CAC, LTV, churn, net retention, etc.)Act as a business partner to key functional heads to drive strategic initiativesProvide financial insight and modeling to support M&A and investment opportunitiesImplement cost control initiatives and contribute to profitability improvementsSupport the CFO and Director in strategic decision-makingIdeal Candidate Profile:Experience & Background:7-10 years in FP&A, strategic finance, investment banking, or consultingBlend of corporate FP&A and transactional/strategic rolesAt least 2 years in a leadership or standalone finance roleExperience working directly with executive managementDomain Expertise:Strong exposure to SaaS/tech business modelsDeep understanding of SaaS metrics and business leversHands-on experience with FP&A tools like Anaplan, Adaptive Insights, Power BI, or TableauSkilled in financial modeling and executive-level communicationEducation:CA / CPA / CFA / MBA (Tier 1 or 2 B-Schools preferred)A strong foundation in finance and accounting is essential Check Your Resume for Match Upload your resume and our tool will compare it to the requirements for this job like recruiters do. .
